Below, you can download three DELF B1 for schools sample papers. Please note that from 2020, a new exam format appears. It involves changes in the DELF B1 for schools listening and reading tests. However, for three years, that is to say for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, the old and the new format will coexist. This means that during these three years, the day of your exam, your test will correspond to either the old format or the new format. Thus, it is important to prepare for both exam formats. You can practice with the three sample papers presented below. The first two past exam papers correspond to the old format. Please note that these two examples of the old format, the documents indicate that the reading test lasts 35 minutes and that the total length of group tests is 1 hour 45 minutes.  In the new DELF B1 for schools exam format, the reading test lasts 45 minutes and the total length of group tests is 1 hour and 55 minutes. Even if during the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 your test corresponds to the old format, it will integrate this change of duration. It means that during these three years, all DELF B1 for schools tests (that correspond to the old or the new format) will have a total length of group tests of 1 hour and 55 minutes with a duration of 45 minutes for the reading test. The third sample papers below correspond to the new format.
