A B2 user has a degree of independence that allows him/her to construct arguments to defend his/her opinion, explain his/her viewpoint and negotiate. At this level, the candidate has a degree of fluency and spontaneity in regular interactions and is capable of correcting his/her own mistakes. B2 is the highest level of DELF for schools. Above, it will be necessary to turn a DALF.

The DELF B2 for schools diploma's value is the exact same as the DELF B2. Indeed, the issued diploma is the same. There is no indication on the certificate of the fact that it was the DELF for schools that was taken. Please note that the subjects of the DELF junior version and the DELF for schools are exactly the same. You will take a DELF for schools if there is a convention between local educational authorities and the French embassy of your country. Otherwise, you will take a DELF junior version.
The DELF B2 for schools examination is based on level B2 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
